If you mean the background drew then well i made it simply with a pattern, just opened a 3x3 pixel hthing and took a 1x1 pixel brush and filled sections, small sections ^^

The angel looks too dark, you might want to increase the contrast or perhaps place it on top of the layer that's covering it.
