it's fine. The artist is trying to show craziness in smoking crack. It's totally random and randomly asted and the background is done on purpose. Those crazy ugly distort effects. The artist is trying to portray what happens when you smoke crack.

waah first sig of you that isnt really that nice....i dont like the effect here...the top of the bg is fine but the rest is off :S
